1. Order processing time

3. General return process:
●   Initiate a return: write to us at info@usadaptersdepot.com with product photos and / or videos and tell us your order number. Our customer service staff will determine eligibility for a refund request within 3 business days.

●   Return the item: If your return is approved, we will send you a return address and instructions on how and where to ship your package. (Note: Items returned without authorization will not be accepted).

●   Refund or Exchange: After receiving the return / exchange, we will inspect the item within 2 business days, then provide replacement or refund.

4. Return Fee:

●   If the return is due to our problems (such as: incorrect products, product quality problems), we will give you a full refund.
